Social media is not only a place where people from all over the world can socialize, but now it is a place where it can be used for job recruitment. Social networks have help so many people for those who are interested in finding a job. It seems that the social network, Facebook, has helped a few companies on recruiting jobs. These companies are being smart and they are allowing their company to grow and use social networks to help them on job recruitments. Although " Facebook's use as a job-recruitment tool remains small, but its appeal may be growing. Some recruiters say they have all but eliminated their spending on job boards, which can charge a few hundred dollars per job posting, depending on volume." (wsj.com) Some social networks are still small for helping companies recruit for jobs, but the numbers are certainly increasing. " Two-thirds of companies already use Facebook (FB) to find recruits using the site’s friend-finding search function, while 54 percent use Twitter to learn about potential candidates’ views and interests, according to a June survey of more than 1,000 HR professionals by recruiting software maker Jobvite." All of the social media and networks are being helpful not only for the public, but also for all of those companies that are in search of new employees. Social media like Facebook and Twitter have given many people the opportunity to find a job that they love, as well for companies to find those employees that they want.
